This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Atlas Media Solutions SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the provision of professional Editor services to be executed in Morocco Casablanca. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and financial terms governing the engagement of our certified Editor team for the production, post-production, and final delivery of multimedia content for the client's upcoming corporate campaign. All pricing presented in this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates applicable to the Morocco Casablanca region and is subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein.

Atlas Media Solutions SARL is pleased to offer the following Editor services, to be performed at our dedicated studio facility located in the Anfa district of Morocco Casablanca, or alternatively at the client's premises upon request:

Professional video editing and post-production for a 12-minute corporate promotional film, including multi-cam synchronization, color grading, and audio mixing.
Editorial content structuring and copywriting for a 40-page digital brochure, with full layout design and typographic refinement.
Creation and editing of six (6) social media video clips (30 seconds each) optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
Subtitling and localization of all video content into French and Arabic, ensuring cultural relevance for the Morocco Casablanca audience.
Final quality assurance review, file formatting, and delivery in all required codecs and resolutions.

The entire Editor engagement is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2025 and is projected for completion by 29 July 2025, subject to timely receipt of all raw footage, brand assets, and client approvals. All work will be conducted within the Morocco Casablanca metropolitan area, with weekly progress reports submitted to the client's project manager. Any delays attributable to the client's late delivery of materials will extend the timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.

A non-refundable deposit of 40% (MAD 51,168.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
A second installment of 40% (MAD 51,168.00) is due upon completion of the mid-project review milestone (end of Week 2).
The final balance of 20% (MAD 25,584.00) is due upon final delivery and written acceptance of all deliverables.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank Al Maghrib, IBAN: MA64 4002 1000 1234 5678 9012 345, in favor of Atlas Media Solutions SARL.
Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in resource availability or market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
All Editor deliverables shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. Atlas Media Solutions SARL retains the right to display completed work in its professional portfolio with prior written consent.
A maximum of two (2) rounds of revisions are included per deliverable. Additional revision cycles will be billed at MAD 1,500.00 per round per asset.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
Atlas Media Solutions SARL shall maintain professional liability insurance covering all Editor personnel operating in Morocco Casablanca for the duration of the project.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest affecting the Morocco Casablanca region, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms understanding of all terms and conditions, and authorizes Atlas Media Solutions SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Editor team in Morocco Casablanca as described herein.
