- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Editor services may be subject to revision due to exchange rate fluctuations between MMK and USD, or changes in software licensing costs.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of the first six (6) episodes, and 25% upon final delivery and client sign-off of all Editor deliverables. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Media Solutions Ltd., Bank of Ayeyarwady, Yangon branch.
- All Editor work will be conducted in compliance with Myanmar's Intellectual Property Law and the Myanmar Broadcasting Authority's content guidelines. The Editor will ensure that no copyrighted material is used without proper licensing.
- The Editor team will work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Myanmar Time, GMT+6:30). Overtime or weekend work in Yangon will be billed at 1.5× the standard hourly rate and requires prior written approval from the client.
- Client revisions are limited to three (3) rounds per episode as included in this Quotation Estimate. Additional revision cycles will be charged at the applicable Editor hourly rate.
- All final deliverables will be provided in ProRes 422 HQ (for broadcast) and H.264 MP4 (for digital streaming) formats, along with separate audio stems in 24-bit/48kHz WAV. Files will be delivered via secure cloud transfer and physical SSD media to the client's Yangon office.
- Apex Media Solutions Ltd. retains the right to use anonymized project stills and short clips (under 10 seconds) for portfolio purposes, subject to the client's written consent. No full episodes or identifiable content will be used without explicit permission.
- Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or infrastructure disruptions affecting Yangon, Myanmar (including but not limited to power outages, internet service interruptions, or public health emergencies), the Editor project timeline will be extended proportionally without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Editor engagement will be resolved through amicable negotiation in Yangon, Myanmar, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
