The Editor engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily from a dedicated workspace in the Maitama district of Abuja, Nigeria, with the flexibility to conduct on-site sessions at the client's premises in Wuse, Garki, or any other designated location within the FCT. Remote collaboration tools will be utilized for asynchronous review cycles to ensure timely turnaround without compromising the quality of editorial output.

Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Exchange rate fluctuations do not apply as all services are rendered domestically within Nigeria Abuja. Payment in USD or GBP may be arranged upon mutual agreement at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) prevailing rate on the date of invoicing.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Editor may be subject to revision.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% upon final delivery and client sign-off of all Editor deliverables.
The Editor shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials, data, and proprietary content handled during the engagement in Nigeria Abuja.
A maximum of two (2) revision rounds are included per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in Section 3.
All work products, once fully paid for, shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the client. The Editor retains the right to display anonymized work samples in a professional portfolio.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or government-mandated closures in Abuja, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed copy or electronic acknowledgment.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Abuja, Nigeria, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
