Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Editor services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.

2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (₦ 666,500) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Editor's schedule. The remaining 60% (₦ 999,750) is payable upon delivery of the final edited manuscript. All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to our Lagos, Nigeria account.

3. Revisions: The Editor services include one (1) round of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision rounds beyond the included scope will be billed at ₦ 85,000 per round and are not covered under this Quotation Estimate.

4. Confidentiality: Our Editor and all editorial staff bound by this engagement in Nigeria Lagos shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.

5. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final edited work transfer to the client. The Editor retains no claim over the content. Our firm retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio materials, subject to client approval.

6. Cancellation: Should the client cancel this Quotation Estimate after the deposit has been paid, the deposit shall be non-refundable. Cancellation after work has commenced will incur a pro-rata charge for Editor hours already expended.

7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.

Acceptance of Quotation Estimate

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Editor services and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The Editor engagement in Nigeria Lagos shall commence upon receipt of the initial deposit.
