The Editor engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following professional services, all to be executed at our primary studio facility located in the district of San Isidro, Peru Lima, or at the client's designated premises within the Lima metropolitan area:
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Full editorial workflow including rough cuts, fine cuts, color grading, audio mixing, and final export in formats compliant with Peruvian broadcasting standards (SBS) and digital distribution platforms.
- Content Editing & Copywriting: Professional text editing, proofreading, and structural refinement of written materials, marketing copy, and technical documentation in both Spanish and English, tailored for audiences in Peru Lima and the broader Andean region.

The Editor engagement under this Quotation Estimate is structured over a six-month period commencing upon written acceptance of this document. Key milestones include: initial project kickoff in Peru Lima within 5 business days of contract signing; first deliverable submission by Week 4; mid-project review in Week 12; and final delivery and handover by Week 24. All milestones will be tracked through a shared project management dashboard accessible to both parties.
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or resource availability in Peru Lima.
5.2 Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal installments: 30% at the midpoint of the project (Week 12) and 30% upon final delivery and client sign-off. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Banco de Crédito del Perú, branch San Isidro, Peru Lima.
5.3 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables produced by the Editor shall become the exclusive property of the client. The Editor retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
5.4 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and project details exchanged during the course of this engagement in Peru Lima. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed if required.
5.5 Cancellation & Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Editor shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
5.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of justice in the judicial district of Lima, Peru Lima.
5.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or infrastructure disruptions affecting the Peru Lima metropolitan area.
