This Quotation Estimate assumes a total project duration of seven (7) months commencing from the date of contract execution. The initial Editor deliverables, including the completed manuscript edit and style guide, will be submitted within the first eight (8) weeks. The ongoing monthly retainer for the dedicated Editor will commence in the third month and continue through the seventh month. All deliverables will be submitted via secure digital transfer and, upon request, in hard copy at our office in Philippines Manila. The training workshops will be conducted at the client's premises in Philippines Manila at mutually agreed-upon dates.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Philippines Manila.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement; 30% upon delivery of the primary Editor deliverables; 20% upon final acceptance and completion of all services.
All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the account of Manila Editorial Solutions Inc. at BDO Unibank, BGC Branch, Philippines Manila.
The Editor services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to a minimum of two (2) revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at PHP 1,200.00 per hour.
Manila Editorial Solutions Inc. reserves the right to decline or modify scope if the client's content involves materials that violate Philippine law, ethical editorial standards, or professional conduct guidelines.
All work products, including edited manuscripts, style guides, and training materials, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Our Editor team retains no rights to reproduce or distribute client materials without written consent.
Confidentiality: All documents and information shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential. Our Editor team members are bound by non-disclosure agreements in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or infrastructure disruptions in Philippines Manila.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center in Philippines Manila.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
