This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Creative Solutions LLC to formally propose the engagement of a senior professional Editor for Al Rayyan Media Group, based in Qatar Doha. The Editor will be responsible for the end-to-end post-production of broadcast-quality video content, including but not limited to corporate promotional films, television segments, social media campaigns, and live-event recordings produced within the Doha metropolitan area and across the State of Qatar.

The Editor engagement is structured to meet the specific editorial standards required by Qatari broadcasting regulations and the client's internal brand guidelines. All deliverables will be produced in compliance with the Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority (QCRA) content standards and the client's approved style guide.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Editor may be subject to revision.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of month three, and the remaining 30% upon final project delivery and sign-off. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyal (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Creative Solutions LLC, Doha, Qatar.
The Editor shall be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week during standard business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) at the client's designated location in Qatar Doha or at the Meridian Creative Solutions editing suite in West Bay, Doha.
All raw footage, project files, and intermediate deliverables produced by the Editor shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Al Rayyan Media Group upon full payment.
The Editor is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all content, client data, and proprietary materials encountered during the engagement in Qatar Doha.
Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
The Editor shall comply with all applicable Qatari labour regulations, work permit requirements, and professional licensing standards as mandated by the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Culture and Sports in Qatar.

Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes the Editor will be working primarily in the Doha metropolitan area. Travel to other governorates within Qatar (Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Rayyan, etc.) is included in the logistics line item. International travel is not covered and will be quoted separately.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Editor in Qatar Doha. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding service agreement for the duration specified herein.
