The Editor engagement includes the provision of a senior editorial specialist, a fully licensed non-linear editing (NLE) software suite, calibrated colour-grading hardware, and a dedicated project management layer. Payment Schedule:
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate: $60,873.00
- 40% upon completion of Editor on-site deployment in Saint Petersburg, Russia: $81,164.00
- 30% final payment upon successful completion of the 12-month Editor service term: $60,873.00
Payment Method: Wire transfer to NorthBridge Media Solutions Ltd. corporate account (IBAN and SWIFT details provided upon execution). All transactions related to this Editor engagement in Russia Saint Petersburg shall be processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Due: Within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
All hardware components listed in this Quotation Estimate will be shipped to the client's facility at 45 Nevsky Prospekt, Saint Petersburg, 191025, Russia. Delivery to Saint Petersburg, Russia is estimated at 10–14 business days from the date of confirmed order, inclusive of customs clearance at the Saint Petersburg port of entry. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After expiry, all Editor service rates and hardware pricing are subject to revision.
- Any changes to the scope of Editor services in Russia Saint Petersburg must be documented via a formal Change Order signed by both parties.
- NorthBridge Media Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to customs hold-ups at the Saint Petersburg, Russia border, political disruptions, or natural disasters.
- All Editor deliverables, project files, and proprietary workflows developed under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of Aurora Digital Productions OOO upon full payment.
