- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Editor services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon mid-project milestone delivery, and 20% upon final Editor deliverable acceptance. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by MediaCraft Solutions Ltd.
- The Editor will commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the advance payment and written confirmation from the client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- All work performed by the Editor shall be subject to the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Upon full payment, all rights to the final edited content shall transfer to the client.
- The Editor will adhere to all data protection and confidentiality obligations as stipulated under Saudi Arabian law. No project materials, footage, or scripts related to this engagement in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of Editor services beyond the quantities specified in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order and may result in additional charges.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
