The Editor engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be a senior-level professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in broadcast and digital media editing, with demonstrated familiarity with content production standards specific to Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables:

• Video Editing: Full post-production editing of up to twelve (12) corporate promotional videos (each 2–5 minutes in duration), including multi-cam synchronization, color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration, to be completed within the Riyadh metropolitan area.
• Content Editing: Editorial review, restructuring, and finalization of all accompanying written content, press releases, and social media copy in both Arabic and English, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness for the Saudi Arabian audience in Riyadh.
• Subtitling and Localization: Professional Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic and Najdi dialect adaptation) and English subtitling for all video deliverables, aligned with the localization standards mandated for media content distributed within Saudi Arabia.

The Editor engagement under this Quotation Estimate is scheduled to commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude on 30 September 2025, spanning a total of thirteen (13) weeks. All milestones and delivery deadlines are subject to the client's approval workflow and the operational calendar in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including accommodation for the Holy Month of Ramadan and Eid al-Adha holidays, which may affect working hours and availability.

Payment for the Editor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the account of Al-Riyadh Media Solutions LLC, held with a licensed Saudi Arabian bank in Riyadh. The payment schedule is as follows: (a) 40% advance payment upon execution of the service agreement; (b) 35% upon completion and client approval of the seventh (7th) week milestone; and (c) 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Editor deliverables. All payments are subject to the 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as prescribed by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of work, project duration, or deliverable specifications must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties. The Editor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client materials and shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
