1. Introduction and Scope of Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Creative Solutions Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") to Apex Media Group Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") in relation to the professional engagement of a senior Editor for the duration of the project specified herein. This Quotation Estimate outlines the full scope of Editor services to be delivered, the associated costs, payment schedules, and all applicable terms governing the engagement. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed and delivered within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore, and all deliverables shall comply with the regulatory and industry standards applicable in Singapore Singapore.

The Editor engagement covers end-to-end post-production services including but not limited to video editing, audio mixing, colour grading, motion graphics integration, subtitle and caption production, and final export in formats suitable for broadcast, digital streaming, and social media distribution. The Editor shall work in close coordination with the Client's creative team at the designated studio in Singapore Singapore to ensure alignment with the Client's brand identity and project objectives.

3. Payment Terms

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid by the Client to the Provider in accordance with the following schedule. All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the Provider's designated account in Singapore Singapore.

30% advance payment (SGD 18,949.65) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
40% milestone payment (SGD 25,266.20) upon delivery of the fine cut and client approval of the Editor's primary deliverables.
30% final payment (SGD 18,949.65) upon final delivery, sign-off, and completion of all Editor services.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Provider reserves the right to revise the pricing due to changes in resource availability, exchange rates, or operational costs in Singapore Singapore.
The Editor engagement is subject to the availability of the assigned Editor. In the event of unavailability, the Provider shall assign a substitute Editor of equivalent seniority and expertise, subject to the Client's written approval.
All raw footage, project files, and intermediate deliverables produced by the Editor shall remain the property of the Client upon full payment. The Provider shall retain the right to use anonymised excerpts for portfolio purposes, subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
The Client shall provide all necessary source materials, brand guidelines, and creative briefs to the Editor at least five (5) business days prior to the commencement of each production phase. Delays in material provision shall result in a proportional extension of the project timeline.
All services shall be performed in compliance with the Copyright Act of Singapore Singapore, the Broadcasting Act, and any applicable regulations issued by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore Singapore.
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the Editor services. The total liability of the Provider under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
Any changes to the scope of Editor services beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval from both parties.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Singapore Singapore.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.

5. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope of Editor services, pricing, and terms described herein are acceptable. The Provider confirms its commitment to deliver the Editor services in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the timelines and quality standards set out in this document.
