This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor services and pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in South Africa Cape Town.
All Editor services will be performed in accordance with the South African Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013. The Editor will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in monthly instalments aligned to the retainer schedule. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
The Editor will operate from our registered office in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remote work arrangements are available at no additional cost.
Any changes to the scope of Editor services beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval from both parties.
Our Editor team holds professional accreditation through the South African Institute of Professional Editors (SAIPE) and adheres to the SAIPE Code of Ethics.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Editor engagement shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa Cape Town, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via the signature blocks below.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Editor services described herein, to be delivered in South Africa Cape Town.
