The Editor engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily from the Seoul Media Solutions studio located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, with the option of hybrid remote work as agreed upon in writing. The Editor's responsibilities include:
- Daily editorial cutting and assembly of raw footage (minimum 12 hours of finished content per week).
- Audio post-production: dialogue cleanup, sound design, and multi-track mixing compliant with Korean Broadcasting Standards Commission (KBC) regulations.
- Subtitle and caption creation in Korean (Hangul), English, and Japanese, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy for the South Korea Seoul metropolitan audience.

All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in South Korean Won (KRW) via bank transfer to the Seoul Media Solutions Co., Ltd. account at KB Kookmin Bank, Gangnam Branch, Seoul, South Korea. The payment schedule for the Editor engagement is structured as follows:
- Advance Payment (30%): KRW 36,036,000 – Due within 7 business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Monthly Installments (10% per month): KRW 12,012,000 – Due on the 5th business day of each calendar month, covering the Editor's services for the preceding month.
- Final Settlement (10%): KRW 12,012,000 – Due within 14 business days of project completion and final deliverable acceptance in Seoul.
Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month, calculated in accordance with the Korean Commercial Act. All invoices will be issued in both Korean and English to facilitate the client's internal accounting in South Korea Seoul.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates for the Editor services in Seoul, South Korea, are subject to revision.
- The Editor shall comply with all applicable South Korean labor laws, including the Korean Labor Standards Act, and the client's internal code of conduct at the Seoul office.
- All intellectual property created by the Editor during the engagement shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment, as governed by the Korean Copyright Act.
- Confidentiality: The Editor is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specific to the South Korea Seoul production environment. All project materials, scripts, and footage are classified as confidential.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the Editor engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Seoul metropolitan area, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved by the Seoul Central District Court.
- Insurance: The Editor shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of KRW 100,000,000, valid throughout the engagement period in South Korea Seoul.
