This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule for the Editor services rendered in Spain Madrid:

Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Editor team in Spain Madrid reserves the right to revise the pricing due to changes in resource availability, material costs, or applicable tax regulations. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the Editor services described herein.
Important Note: All Editor services outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be performed in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
