The Editor will be responsible for the complete post-production workflow, including but not limited to: video editing, audio mixing and mastering, colour grading, motion graphics integration, subtitle creation and synchronisation, and final export in all required delivery formats. All Editor work will be conducted from our dedicated studio facilities located in the Ruzafa district of Spain Valencia, ensuring proximity to the client's operations and facilitating in-person collaboration as needed.

The Editor assigned to this project will possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in broadcast and digital media editing, with demonstrated expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and Pro Tools. The Editor will operate in accordance with the technical specifications and creative briefs provided by the client, while adhering to the editorial standards established by the Spanish Audiovisual Media Services Act (Ley 7/2010) and the relevant regulatory frameworks applicable in Spain Valencia.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule: an initial deposit of 30% (€54,141.45) due upon contract signature; monthly invoicing for the Editor retainer and recurring services, payable within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice date; and a final settlement of any remaining project-specific costs within fifteen (15) days of project completion. All payments shall be made in Euros (EUR) via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Creative Media Solutions S.L., held at a licensed financial institution in Spain Valencia. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established under Spanish Law 3/2004 on the Fight Against Late Payment in Commercial Transactions.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Editor must be reconfirmed in writing.
• The Editor services described herein are to be performed exclusively in Spain Valencia, and the client acknowledges that the primary place of performance is the city of Valencia, Spain, for all contractual and jurisdictional purposes.
• All intellectual property rights in the final edited deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Editor and Valencia Creative Media Solutions S.L. retain the right to display the work in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's written consent.
• The Editor shall comply with all applicable Spanish labour regulations, social security obligations, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as transposed into Spanish law (LOPDGDD 3/2018) for all personal data processed during the engagement.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement prior to execution.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or pandemics affecting operations in Spain Valencia, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
• This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting Editor services agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
