- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Editor engagement in Turkey Ankara may be subject to revision based on market conditions and currency fluctuations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of Phase 2, and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all Editor deliverables. All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the Ankara Editorial Solutions Ltd. account.
- The Editor assigned to this project shall be a senior professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of editorial experience in the Turkish publishing industry, based in Turkey Ankara. The Editor's identity and credentials shall be provided to the client within five (5) business days of contract execution.
- All work performed by the Editor under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with Turkish Law No. 6698 (Personal Data Protection Law) and applicable intellectual property regulations.
- Any additional editorial hours or scope changes beyond the quantities stated in Section 3 shall require a written change order signed by both parties. The Editor will not commence additional work without prior written authorization.

- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Ankara metropolitan area, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Ankara Commercial Courts, Turkey.
- The Editor warrants that all editorial work shall be original, free from plagiarism, and in full compliance with the client's specified style guide and the Turkish Language Association (TDK) orthographic standards where applicable.
