Scope of Editor Services

The following Quotation Estimate covers a comprehensive suite of Editor services tailored for content production, corporate communications, and multilingual editorial workflows within the United Arab Emirates Dubai business environment. Our Editor team comprises native Arabic and English language specialists, with additional coverage for French, Hindi, and Mandarin as required by the diverse clientele of Dubai.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-confirmation of pricing by Meridian Editorial Solutions LLC.
• All Editor services described herein shall be performed by qualified, vetted Editor professionals based in or operating within the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction. No services shall be subcontracted outside the UAE without prior written consent from the client.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the primary Editor deliverables, and 20% upon final sign-off and delivery. All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to our designated corporate account in Dubai.
• The monthly Editor retainer (Item 5) is billed in arrears on the 5th business day of each subsequent month. Unused retainer hours may be carried forward for a maximum of one (1) month.
• All content produced by our Editor team remains the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Meridian Editorial Solutions LLC retains no rights to reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any Editor deliverables without explicit written authorization.
• Confidentiality: All materials, documents, and proprietary information shared with our Editor team in the course of this engagement are subject to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2022 on the Protection of Personal Data and applicable Dubai commercial regulations.
• Revisions: Each Editor deliverable includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Further revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts or, at the client's election, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government directives, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Editor services to be delivered in the United Arab Emirates Dubai. This signature constitutes a binding agreement between both parties effective from the date of the last signature.
