The Editor will be based in our Birmingham office at 142 New Street and will provide the following services to the client:

The Editor engagement is anticipated to commence on 1 September 2025 and conclude on 30 November 2025, spanning a three-month period. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the milestone schedule agreed upon at the project kickoff meeting held at our Birmingham premises. The Editor will provide weekly progress reports and will be available for same-day queries during standard business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, United Kingdom time).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in market rates or resource availability.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon acceptance of this document, with the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of project completion and final sign-off by the client.
- All work produced by the Editor shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Meridian Editorial Services Ltd. retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio materials, subject to the client's written consent.
- The Editor will operate in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. All client materials will be stored on encrypted systems located within the United Kingdom Birmingham data centre and will be securely deleted upon project closure.
- Any additional work requested beyond the scope defined in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary estimate and written approval prior to commencement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
