Upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the assigned Editor will commence work within five (5) business days. The full editorial cycle, from developmental editing through final proofreading, is projected to be completed within twelve (12) weeks of project initiation, subject to timely client feedback. All deliverables will be transmitted via secure digital channels and, upon request, hard copies will be couriered to the client's address within the United States New York City five-borough area.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon execution of the service agreement; 40% due upon completion of line editing; 20% due upon final proofreading delivery. All payments are due in United States Dollars (USD) via ACH transfer, wire, or certified check.
The Editor assigned to this engagement will maintain strict confidentiality of all client materials in accordance with New York State confidentiality statutes and the terms of a mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Revisions: One (1) round of minor revisions is included at no additional charge. Additional revision rounds will be billed at the Editor's standard hourly rate of $185.00 per hour.
All work product, including annotated manuscripts, style guides, and editorial reports, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, United States New York City.
Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental mandates, or infrastructure failures affecting the United States New York City area.
Any changes to scope, volume, or timeline must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
