Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all amounts denominated in EUR and payable via bank transfer to the account of Brussels Education Talent Solutions SRL (IBAN: BE76 0000 0000 0000, BIC: BBRUBEBB):
- 40% advance payment (€ 4,600.42 incl. VAT) due upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% milestone payment (€ 4,600.42 incl. VAT) due upon successful completion of the interview and selection phase for the Education Administrator candidate.
- 20% final payment (€ 2,300.21 incl. VAT) due upon the candidate's confirmed start date at the client's Belgium Brussels premises.
All invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book XVII, Article 5:113).
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability may be subject to revision.
4.2 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brussels, Belgium.
4.3 Confidentiality: All information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate, including candidate data and the client's institutional details, shall be treated as strictly confidential in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018.
4.4 Guarantee: Should the placed Education Administrator resign or be terminated for cause within the first 12 months of employment, Brussels Education Talent Solutions SRL shall, at no additional cost, initiate a replacement search within the Belgium Brussels market. This guarantee is limited to one (1) replacement per placement.
4.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Belgium Brussels region.
4.6 Intellectual Property: All proprietary assessment tools, methodologies, and databases used in the execution of this Quotation Estimate remain the exclusive property of Brussels Education Talent Solutions SRL.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes the client's educational institution is located within the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region. If the final placement location falls outside this boundary (e.g., in the Flemish or Walloon regions), an additional travel and coordination surcharge of € 250.00 (excl. VAT) may apply.
