1. Scope of Work and Role Description

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Brazil Brasília.
- All payments shall be made in Brazilian Reais (BRL) via bank transfer to the account designated by EduAdmin Brasil Consultoria Ltda. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance.
- The Education Administrator position is governed by the Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT – Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) and all applicable Federal District (Distrito Federal) municipal labor regulations specific to Brasília.
- Any additional services, scope modifications, or extensions beyond the initial twelve-month contract period will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office and approved in writing by the client prior to execution.
- EduAdmin Brasil Consultoria Ltda. reserves the right to substitute the Education Administrator candidate during the recruitment phase if the initial selection does not meet the competency standards defined for the role in Brasília's educational sector.
