1. Scope of Services – Education Administrator RoleThe Education Administrator engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the full spectrum of academic and institutional administration duties at the client's Myanmar Yangon campus. The role encompasses the following key responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily academic operations, including curriculum scheduling, faculty coordination, and student enrollment management across all grade levels.
- Managing the institution's compliance with the Myanmar Ministry of Education regulations and ensuring adherence to national and international educational standards.
- Supervising a team of no fewer than twelve (12) administrative and academic support staff, including timetable coordinators, examination officers, and records managers.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for academic improvement, resource allocation, and institutional growth within the Myanmar Yangon educational landscape.
- Coordinating with parents, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to maintain the academy's reputation and operational excellence.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly administrative reports, budget forecasts, and performance analytics for the Director of Operations.
- Ensuring the maintenance and security of all student records, academic transcripts, and institutional documentation in accordance with Myanmar data protection guidelines.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement and onboarding of the Education Administrator, and the remaining 30% in monthly installments aligned with the HR retainer and salary disbursement cycle.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Yangon Educational Services & Administration Co., Ltd. at CB Bank, Yangon Branch, Myanmar. Cheques and cash payments will not be accepted.
- The Education Administrator shall be engaged on a twelve (12) month fixed-term contract, renewable upon mutual written agreement. Termination by either party requires a minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice, in compliance with the Myanmar Labour Law (2011).
- Yangon Educational Services & Administration Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services described in this Quotation Estimate. Total liability shall not exceed the grand total amount stated herein.
- All intellectual property, student records, and institutional data handled by the Education Administrator shall remain the sole property of Myanmar International Academy. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of duties.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Myanmar Yangon in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- The client acknowledges that the Education Administrator is an employee of the client institution and not of Yangon Educational Services & Administration Co., Ltd. Our firm's role is limited to recruitment, placement, and advisory services as outlined in this document.
- Any amendments to this Quotation Estimate must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties to be considered valid.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Yangon Educational Services & Administration Co., Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment and placement of the Education Administrator for the Myanmar Yangon campus under the terms and conditions set forth above.
