The Education Administrator engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of academic and non-academic functions within the institution located in Pakistan Islamabad. 4.2 – Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Education Administrator, and the remaining 30% upon completion of the probationary period (three months).
4.3 – All services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the labor laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Islamabad Capital Territory regulations, and the relevant provisions of the Pakistan Education Act.
4.4 – The Education Administrator shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of engagement.
