This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule: a 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this document, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Education Administrator, and the remaining 30% to be paid in equal monthly installments over the final four months of the contract term. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of EduPro Solutions S.A.C. at BCP, Peru Lima branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations and the SUNAT electronic invoicing system.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
- The Education Administrator will be employed under a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. All employment terms comply with the Peruvian Labor Law (Decreto Legislativo 728) and applicable collective bargaining agreements in the education sector.
- EduPro Solutions S.A.C. assumes no liability for the professional performance of the Education Administrator beyond the scope defined in the service agreement. The client retains direct supervisory authority over the Education Administrator during the contract period.
- Any modifications to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Additional services will be quoted separately.
- Confidentiality: All information exchanged during the execution of this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service contract shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties, in accordance with Peruvian data protection law (Ley 29733).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Peru Lima before proceeding to the competent labor courts of the Lima judicial district.
- The Education Administrator will be required to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of S/ 100,000.00, the cost of which is included in the monthly management fee.
