Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% upon signed acceptance of this document, 40% upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Education Administrator, and the remaining 30% in two equal quarterly installments. All payments shall be made in CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the designated account of Senegal Education Services Group, Dakar, Senegal.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Senegal Dakar.
The Education Administrator shall be bound by a standard employment contract governed by the Senegalese Labour Code (Code du Travail de la République du Sénégal).
All costs are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. VAT (18%) is not applicable as the service is rendered to a public governmental entity in Dakar.
SESG reserves the right to substitute the proposed Education Administrator candidate with an equally qualified professional, subject to prior written approval by the client.
Any changes to the scope of the Education Administrator role must be documented via a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal.
