Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of all wiring and cabling works, and the remaining 30% upon final commissioning and handover of the compliance certificate. All payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Electrical Engineering SARL at BNA, Algiers branch. The Electrical Engineer's professional fees are included within the itemized costs above and no additional hourly charges shall apply unless the scope of work is formally amended by mutual written agreement.
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Algerian Dinars and are subject to revision in the event of significant fluctuations in material costs or changes in Algerian regulatory requirements.
Exclusions: This estimate does not include the cost of Sonelgaz connection fees, structural modifications to the building, or any works outside the electrical discipline. The Electrical Engineer shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party authorities in Algeria Algiers.
Warranty: All work performed by the Electrical Engineer carries a twelve-month warranty from the date of final commissioning, covering workmanship defects in accordance with Algerian civil code provisions.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the Electrical Engineer services to be delivered in Algeria Algiers. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
