1. Scope of Work — Electrical Engineer Services in Argentina Buenos Aires
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andes Electrical Engineering S.A. to formally present the professional fees, technical deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a licensed Electrical Engineer to perform comprehensive electrical design, inspection, and compliance services for the above-referenced commercial building project located in Argentina Buenos Aires. The scope encompasses all phases of electrical engineering work required to bring the facility into full compliance with the Argentine National Electrical Code (IRAM 1000), the Buenos Aires City Building Code (Código de Edificación de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires), and all applicable regulations enforced by the local electrical authority (Dirección General de Catastros y Obras Particulares).
The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a valid professional license issued by the Colegio de Ingenieros de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and will possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical systems within the metropolitan area of Argentina Buenos Aires. 3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in materials, labor rates, or regulatory changes within Argentina Buenos Aires.
- Payment terms: 40% upon signing of the professional services contract, 40% upon completion of the design and permit submission phase, and 20% upon delivery of the final as-built documentation and commissioning certificate.
- All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account of Andes Electrical Engineering S.A., Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Buenos Aires, CBU: 0110001234567890123456.
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement. A certificate of insurance will be provided upon request.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The project timeline is estimated at fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract execution, subject to municipal review times in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which are outside the control of the Electrical Engineer.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment, or third-party testing laboratories. These costs shall be borne by the client and are to be procured separately.
