This Quotation Estimate is issued by Brisbane Electrical Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer consultancy and technical services for the client's commercial and residential electrical infrastructure project located in Australia Brisbane. Our licensed Electrical Engineer team will deliver end-to-end electrical design, compliance assessment, load analysis, and on-site supervision in full accordance with the Australian Electrical and Electronic Engineering Association (EA) standards, the Australian Standard AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules), and all applicable Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) regulations.
The scope encompasses the full electrical engineering lifecycle for the specified project site in the Brisbane metropolitan area, including but not limited to: preliminary site surveys, single-line diagram development, cable sizing and voltage drop calculations, switchboard design and specification, earthing and lightning protection system design, energy efficiency modelling, and final compliance certification. All work will be performed by a registered Electrical Engineer holding a valid Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence (EC) and a National Electrical and Electronics Engineering (NCEES-equivalent) professional registration.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on material cost fluctuations and Electrical Engineer availability in the Australia Brisbane market.
- All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design documentation, and 30% upon final Electrical Engineer sign-off and handover of as-built documentation.
- The Electrical Engineer services described herein are subject to the client providing timely access to the project site in Brisbane, Queensland, and supplying all necessary existing documentation, permits, and approvals.
