30% final payment ($8,979.30 incl. GST) due upon completion of commissioning, handover, and delivery of the as-built package.
All invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Victorian Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is based on current market rates in Australia Melbourne and is subject to review if the project timeline extends beyond the estimated 12-week duration.
All engineering services will be performed by a qualified and registered Electrical Engineer holding a CPEng designation and membership with Engineers Australia, in compliance with the Engineers Australia Code of Conduct.
The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, electrical permits, and council approvals from the City of Melbourne. Our team will provide all technical documentation required to support these applications.

Meridian Electrical Engineering Pty Ltd carries Professional Indemnity Insurance of $20,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of $20,000,000, both compliant with Victorian regulatory requirements.
All work will comply with the Australian Electrical and Electronic Engineering (AEEE) standards, the National Electrical Code (AS/NZS 3000), and all applicable Australian Standards.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of electrical materials, switchboards, cabling, or third-party testing by a separate electrical contractor unless specifically stated.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved in accordance with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) procedures.
