This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delta Power & Electrical Consultants Ltd. to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer services for the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of the complete electrical infrastructure at the GreenTech Industries Ltd. manufacturing facility located in Uttara, Bangladesh Dhaka. The Electrical Engineer team from Delta Power & Electrical Consultants Ltd. estimates a total project duration of 14 weeks from the date of work order confirmation. The schedule includes 2 weeks for design and approval, 9 weeks for material procurement and installation in Bangladesh Dhaka, and 3 weeks for testing, commissioning, and final handover. A detailed Gantt chart will be submitted within 5 working days of contract signing.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, prices may be revised due to fluctuating material costs in the Bangladesh Dhaka market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of installation, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover.
- All work shall be carried out in strict compliance with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Bangladesh Electricity Board (BEE) regulations, and applicable IEC standards.
- The Electrical Engineer responsible for this project shall hold a valid BCE registration and a minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial electrical projects in Bangladesh.
- All materials and equipment shall be of approved brand and shall carry the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) certification where applicable.
- The client shall provide necessary access to the site, temporary power supply, and coordination with the local utility provider (DPDC) for connection approval in Dhaka.
- Any variation or change order beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal work order or service agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Electrical Engineer services in Bangladesh Dhaka and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party to enter into a formal contract until a separate agreement is executed.
