This Quotation Estimate is issued by a licensed Electrical Engineer registered with the Federal Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CONFEA) and the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of the Federal District (CREA-DF). The scope of services described herein pertains exclusively to electrical engineering consultancy, design, and supervisory work to be executed within the administrative boundaries of Brazil Brasília, the Federal District of the Republic of Brazil.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Electrical Engineer reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in materials, labor rates, or regulatory changes within Brazil Brasília.
- All services shall be performed by a duly licensed Electrical Engineer holding an active registration with CREA-DF. The professional's ART number shall be provided upon contract execution.
- The project location is strictly within the Federal District of Brasília, Brazil. Any work extending beyond the administrative limits of Brasília, DF, shall be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate and additional travel surcharges.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the design phase and ART registration, and 30% upon final delivery of as-built documentation and commissioning.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all municipal permits from the Brasília District Government (GDF) and for providing safe access to the construction site in accordance with Brazilian occupational safety regulations (NR-10, NR-18).
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a formal variation order and additional cost assessment by the Electrical Engineer.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal service agreement in writing.
