2. Scope of Work – Electrical Engineer Services
The undersigned Electrical Engineer, duly registered with the Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia do Rio de Janeiro (CREA-RJ), hereby presents this Quotation Estimate for the comprehensive provision of electrical engineering services. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of electrical design, coordination, and technical oversight for the residential and commercial complex described above. As a licensed Electrical Engineer operating in Brazil Rio de Janeiro, all deliverables shall comply with the Brazilian National Standards (NBR 5410, NBR 5419, NBR 14039), the local municipal building codes of Rio de Janeiro, and the regulatory requirements established by the local utility provider (Light S.A. / Enel Distribuição Rio).

4. Payment Terms
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments, all denominated in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and payable via bank transfer to the account of Almeida Engenharia Elétrica Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, C/C 67890-1:
- 30% upon signing of the service contract and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate;
- 40% upon delivery and approval of the detailed Electrical Engineer design package;
- 20% upon completion of site supervision and commissioning activities;
- 10% upon final acceptance of as-built documentation and project closeout.
Late payments shall be subject to a monthly interest rate of 1% plus the CDI index, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law. All invoices shall be issued as Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) in compliance with the tax regulations of the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
5. Project Timeline

6. Terms, Conditions & Assumptions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The prices quoted are fixed for the duration of the validity period and are subject to revision thereafter based on prevailing market conditions in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. The Electrical Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil Profissional) throughout the engagement. The client agrees to provide timely access to the project site, all necessary architectural and structural drawings, and prompt responses to technical queries within five (5) business days. Any scope changes requested by the client beyond the original description shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Electrical Engineer prior to execution.
