- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Canada Montreal.
- All professional services shall be performed by a licensed Electrical Engineer registered with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and holding a valid professional practice permit.
- Payment terms: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design documentation, and 20% upon final inspection and issuance of the compliance certificate.
- The Electrical Engineer shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party contractors, municipal review timelines, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
- All deliverables, including drawings, calculations, and reports, shall be provided in both English and French to comply with Quebec language legislation (Bill 96 / Loi sur la langue officielle).
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment procurement, or the labour of licensed electricians for physical installation. Those costs are to be quoted separately by the general contractor.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
