This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Electrical Engineer to provide comprehensive professional services for the design, review, and technical supervision of the electrical infrastructure for the "Torre Empresarial Andina" commercial building project located in the Providencia district of Chile Santiago. The scope encompasses all electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm integration, and low-voltage data cabling in full compliance with the Chilean National Electrical Code (NCh Elec 4/1) and the regulations established by the Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles (SEC) of Chile.
The Electrical Engineer shall deliver all technical documentation, stamped drawings, and certification reports required by the Municipalidad de Providencia and the relevant Chilean regulatory authorities to obtain the electrical permit for construction in Chile Santiago.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled according to the following schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of all design deliverables, and 30% upon final commissioning and delivery of the certification package. All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via bank transfer to the account of the Electrical Engineer as specified in the service agreement. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Chilean tax regulations (SII).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Chile Santiago.
- The Electrical Engineer guarantees full professional liability insurance coverage for all services rendered under this estimate, as required by Chilean professional regulations.
- All deliverables shall comply with the current Chilean National Electrical Code (NCh Elec 4/1), the SEC regulations, and the specific building codes of the Municipalidad de Providencia, Santiago.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial agreement will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Electrical Engineer.
- The project timeline is estimated at ten (10) months from the date of contract execution, subject to municipal approval processes in Chile Santiago.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged under this engagement shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with Chilean civil and commercial law.
- The Electrical Engineer reserves the right to decline or modify services if safety standards or regulatory requirements in Chile Santiago are not met by the client's specifications.
