This Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure, aligned with the project phases in China Shanghai:
- 20% upon contract execution and mobilisation of the Electrical Engineer team to the Shanghai site.
- 30% upon approval of detailed design drawings by the client and the Shanghai Municipal Planning Bureau.
- 30% upon completion of on-site installation supervision and pre-commissioning.
- 20% upon final commissioning, handover, and submission of all as-built documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Shanghai.
- All Electrical Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid PRC professional registration and shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health regulations of the Shanghai Municipal Government.
- The client shall provide adequate on-site access, temporary office space, and necessary permits for the Electrical Engineer team to carry out their duties at all project locations within China Shanghai.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Intellectual property rights for all design documents, calculations, and engineering deliverables produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC) in accordance with its rules.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies affecting China Shanghai, shall entitle either party to a reasonable extension of the project timeline without penalty.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Electrical Engineer services to be delivered in China Shanghai, and authorises Shanghai Circuit Solutions Ltd. to proceed with mobilisation upon receipt of the initial payment.
