2. Scope of Work – Electrical Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by a licensed Electrical Engineer operating within the jurisdiction of Colombia Medellín, in full compliance with the National Electrical Code of Colombia (NTC 2050) and the regulations established by the Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios. 4. Payment Terms
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the design and engineering phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and delivery of the as-built documentation. All payments shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Electrical Engineer's firm. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the tax regulations of Colombia Medellín and the national DIAN requirements.
5. Project Timeline
The estimated duration for the complete scope of work is fourteen (14) calendar weeks from the date of contract execution. The design and engineering phase is anticipated to require six (6) weeks, while the construction supervision and commissioning phase will span approximately eight (8) weeks. The Electrical Engineer will provide weekly progress reports to the client's project manager throughout the duration of the engagement in Colombia Medellín.
6. Terms and Conditions
Important Notes:
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Colombia Medellín.
- The Electrical Engineer reserves the right to request additional site access or documentation from the client to ensure accurate engineering deliverables.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described herein will be subject to a formal change order and a revised Quotation Estimate.
- All engineering deliverables are the intellectual property of the Electrical Engineer and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the procurement of electrical materials, equipment, or third-party testing services unless explicitly stated.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Colombia Medellín region, may affect project timelines and will be addressed through mutual agreement.
7. Acceptance and Authorization
