3.1 — A mobilization advance of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value (ETB 217,350) shall be due upon signing of the service agreement and issuance of this Quotation Estimate in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
3.2 — A progress payment of 40% (ETB 289,800) shall be due upon completion and client approval of the full electrical design package.
3.3 — The remaining balance of 30% (ETB 217,350) shall be due upon successful commissioning, final inspection sign-off, and delivery of all as-built documentation.
3.4 — All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Electrical Engineer's designated account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Bole Branch, Addis Ababa.
The Electrical Engineer commits to completing all deliverables within a total duration of twelve (12) working weeks from the date of the signed agreement. The site survey and load assessment shall be completed within the first week. The full design package shall be delivered by the end of Week 4. On-site supervision and installation coordination shall span Weeks 5 through 10. Testing, commissioning, and final documentation shall be completed by Week 12. This timeline assumes timely client feedback and unobstructed access to the project site in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
5.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Electrical Engineer reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations or changes in the Ethiopian exchange rate.
5.2 — The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of ETB 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the project.
5.3 — All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and engineering reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
5.4 — The Electrical Engineer shall comply with all applicable labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards enforced by the Ethiopian Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure Development and the Addis Ababa City Administration.
5.5 — Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Commission in Addis Ababa.
5.6 — This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the mobilization advance has been received.
