This Quotation Estimate is issued by ProElec Ingénierie SARL to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer consulting and design services for the mixed-use commercial and residential development project located in the 8th arrondissement of France Marseille. The project, known as "Résidence Port Sud," comprises a 12-storey building with 48 residential units, 6 commercial retail spaces on the ground floor, and a 3-level underground parking structure.

As the designated Electrical Engineer for this project, our firm will deliver full-scope electrical design, regulatory compliance verification, and on-site technical supervision in accordance with French national standards (NF C 15-100, NF C 15-101, and NF C 15-200) as well as the applicable urban planning regulations of the Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence. All deliverables will be produced in French for submission to the local building permit authority (Service Urbanisme de la Ville de Marseille) and in English for the client's international stakeholders.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, aligned with the project phases in France Marseille:

• 30% advance payment (€38,016.00 TTC) upon signature of the service contract and receipt of the project brief.
• 40% progress payment (€50,688.00 TTC) upon delivery and approval of the complete APD design package by the client and the local building authority.
• 20% progress payment (€25,344.00 TTC) at the midpoint of the on-site supervision phase (month 7 of construction).
• 10% final payment (€12,672.00 TTC) upon submission of the as-built dossier and successful commissioning inspection.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in France Marseille.
• All services rendered by our Electrical Engineer team are governed by the French Civil Code (Code civil) and the specific provisions of the French Construction Code (Code de la construction et de l'habitation).
• The Electrical Engineer designated for this project, Ing. Sophie Marchand, holds a valid professional registration with the Ordre des Ingénieurs and carries professional liability insurance (RC Pro) with a coverage of €5,000,000 per claim, as required for all electrical design work in France.
• Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original contract value will require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties before additional work commences.
• All intellectual property rights in the design documents produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. ProElec Ingénierie SARL retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio, subject to the client's written consent.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Marseille, France, in accordance with French law.
• Our Electrical Engineer team will conduct weekly progress meetings on-site at the project location in France Marseille and provide monthly written progress reports to the client's project director.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope of Electrical Engineer services, pricing, and terms as outlined for the project in France Marseille. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
