In accordance with the terms set out in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 24,800.04) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract.
- 40% progress payment (EUR 33,066.72) upon completion of the design phase and receipt of all regulatory approvals from the France Paris authorities.
- 30% final payment (EUR 24,800.04) upon successful commissioning, delivery of the Consuel conformity certificate, and formal handover of all documentation.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity window, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in material pricing, labour rates, or regulatory requirements in France Paris shall be issued at no additional cost.
The Electrical Engineer named in this Quotation Estimate, M. Laurent Dubois, holds a valid qualification from the French Ministry of Higher Education and is registered with the Ordre des Ingénieurs.
