Payment shall be made in three instalments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and documentation phase, and the remaining 30% upon final handover and certification. All payments are to be transferred via SEPA bank transfer to the account of Rhein-Main Elektroconsulting GmbH, Frankfurt am Main. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- The Electrical Engineer reserves the right to adjust the scope of work if unforeseen site conditions in the Frankfurt project location necessitate additional measures. Any such adjustments will be documented in a supplementary quotation prior to execution.
- All work shall comply with the professional liability insurance requirements for licensed engineers in Germany. The Electrical Engineer maintains a minimum professional indemnity cover of EUR 2,000,000 per claim.
- Confidentiality: All project data, architectural drawings, and technical specifications shared in connection with this engagement in Germany Frankfurt shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in accordance with German civil law.
- The Electrical Engineer shall adhere to all applicable occupational health and safety regulations (Arbeitsschutzgesetz) and site-specific safety plans during on-site activities.
