2. SCOPE OF WORK – ELECTRICAL ENGINEER SERVICES IN MUNICH, GERMANYThis Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoVolt Engineering GmbH to provide a comprehensive and binding cost overview for the engagement of a certified Electrical Engineer to perform design, inspection, and commissioning services for the client's industrial facility located in the Munich metropolitan area, Germany. 4.1 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of TechnoVolt Engineering GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX, Munich, Germany. A 20% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
4.2 Project Duration: The Electrical Engineer engagement is estimated to span approximately 8 to 10 weeks from the commencement date, subject to regulatory approval timelines by the Munich District Authority.
4.3 Compliance: All work shall comply with DIN, VDE, and IEC standards as applicable in Germany. The Electrical Engineer shall hold a valid license issued by the Bavarian Chamber of Engineers (Bayerische Ingenieurkammer).
4.4 Insurance: TechnoVolt Engineering GmbH maintains professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflicht) with a coverage of 5,000,000 EUR, valid throughout the project duration in Munich, Germany.
4.5 Intellectual Property: All design documents, schematics, and engineering deliverables produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
4.6 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
