This Quotation Estimate is issued by PowerGrid Electrical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Electrical Engineer consulting, design, and supervision services for the Skyline Commercial Complex project located in India Bangalore. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for Electrical Engineer services in India Bangalore may be revised based on prevailing market conditions.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and drawing approval, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover of as-built documents.
- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict adherence to the Indian Electricity Rules 1956, the Karnataka Electricity Supply Act, and the latest BDA building bylaws applicable in India Bangalore.
- The client shall provide timely access to the project site in India Bangalore and furnish all necessary architectural and structural drawings to the assigned Electrical Engineer within seven (7) working days of project commencement.
- Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
- The Electrical Engineer team shall maintain professional liability insurance of not less than INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the project in India Bangalore.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment, or third-party testing and certification fees, which shall be borne separately by the client.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Electrical Engineer services to be delivered at the specified project location in India Bangalore. The terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein are hereby agreed upon by both parties.
