4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in the India New Delhi electrical engineering services sector.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and approval by the Electrical Engineer, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of all documentation.
- All services will be performed in strict accordance with the Indian Electricity Rules, DERC guidelines, and applicable municipal by-laws of India New Delhi.
