This Quotation Estimate is issued by PT Nusantara Elektrikal Engineering to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Electrical Engineer and supporting technical team. The scope of work covers the full electrical design, engineering consultation, and compliance verification for the above-referenced commercial building project situated in Indonesia Jakarta. All services are delivered in strict accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 0225-2000) for electrical installations, the local regulations of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKI Jakarta), and the applicable codes enforced by the local electricity authority (PLN).
The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a valid S1 (Bachelor's) degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited Indonesian university, possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in commercial and industrial electrical systems, and maintain a current professional license (Sertifikat Keahlian) issued by the Indonesian Electrical Engineers Association (IAI). All amounts are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The total estimated cost of this Quotation Estimate is IDR 447,552,000 (Four Hundred Forty-Seven Million Five Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Rupiah), inclusive of 11% Value Added Tax (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) as mandated by the Republic of Indonesia tax regulations.
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments: (a) 30% advance payment upon contract signing; (b) 40% progress payment upon completion of detailed engineering drawings and approval by the client; and (c) 30% final payment upon successful commissioning, handover of all documentation, and issuance of the final Electrical Engineer sign-off certificate. All payments shall be transferred via bank transfer to the account of PT Nusantara Elektrikal Engineering, Bank Mandiri, Jakarta branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Indonesian tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) requirements.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The Electrical Engineer reserves the right to issue a revised Quotation Estimate should the project scope change by more than 15% from the originally agreed deliverables.
- All engineering deliverables, drawings, and documentation remain the intellectual property of PT Nusantara Elektrikal Engineering until full payment is received.
- The Electrical Engineer and supporting team shall comply with all occupational health and safety (K3) regulations applicable to construction sites in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with jurisdiction in the Jakarta Central District Court.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Sama).
