This Quotation Estimate is prepared by our licensed Electrical Engineer team to provide comprehensive electrical design, consultation, and supervision services for the above-referenced commercial building project located in Iran Tehran. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Electrical Engineer team reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Iran Tehran.
- All design work shall be performed by a licensed Electrical Engineer registered with the Iranian Engineering Organization and holding a valid professional license for practice in Iran Tehran.
- The project timeline assumes standard working hours (Saturday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) in accordance with the work week in Iran Tehran. Overtime or weekend work will be charged at 1.5x the standard rate.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the initial design phase will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and a written change order signed by both parties.
- The Electrical Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports and attend bi-weekly coordination meetings at the project site in Iran Tehran.
- All deliverables shall be provided in both Persian (Farsi) and English to facilitate communication with the Tehran Municipality and international stakeholders.
