This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Madina Electrical Engineering Consultants in response to the formal request submitted by the Baghdad Municipal Infrastructure Authority for the provision of a qualified Electrical Engineer to oversee, design, and supervise the comprehensive electrical infrastructure upgrade project located in the Al-Mansour and Al-Karrada districts of Iraq Baghdad. The scope encompasses all phases of electrical engineering consultancy, including preliminary site surveys, load calculations, single-line diagram preparation, equipment specification, procurement support, construction-phase supervision, commissioning, and final handover documentation. The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in power distribution systems, low-voltage installations, and industrial electrical design, and shall be fully licensed to practice in the Republic of Iraq. All deliverables shall comply with the Iraqi Electrical Code (IEC 60364), Iraqi Standards and Metrology Organization (ISM) regulations, and applicable municipal bylaws governing electrical installations in Iraq Baghdad.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by the service provider.
- Payment shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Madina Electrical Engineering Consultants, Baghdad, Iraq. Payment schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design and procurement support, 25% upon successful commissioning, and 5% upon final handover and acceptance.
- The Electrical Engineer and all support personnel shall comply with all Iraqi labor laws, safety regulations, and site-specific health and safety protocols enforced by the Baghdad Municipal Infrastructure Authority.
- All intellectual property rights in design documents, calculations, and reports produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Electrical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq Baghdad, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before execution. Unapproved variations will be billed separately at the rates stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce in Baghdad.
- The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 for the duration of the project, valid in the Republic of Iraq.
