This Quotation Estimate is issued by Ing. Marco Bellini, a fully licensed Electrical Engineer registered with the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Milano, to provide professional electrical engineering services for the above-referenced client. All work described herein shall be executed in full compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 81/2008, the CEI (Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano) standards, the Italian Building Code (Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni), and all applicable municipal regulations governing electrical installations in the city of Milan, Italy.
The Electrical Engineer shall deliver a complete package of services including preliminary design, detailed engineering, statutory documentation for the Comune di Milano building permit (Permesso di Costruire / SCIA), on-site technical supervision during construction, and final compliance certification. This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, to be settled via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of the Electrical Engineer as detailed in the invoice:
- 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the professional services contract.
- 40% upon completion and approval of the detailed design package and submission to the Comune di Milano.
- 20% upon completion of on-site supervision and commissioning activities.
- 10% upon delivery of the final as-built documentation and Declaration of Conformity.
All amounts are quoted in Euros (EUR). Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian Law (Legge 288/2002), currently 1.5% per month above the ECB reference rate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Electrical Engineer reserves the right to revise the fees due to changes in material costs, regulatory updates in Milan, or availability constraints.
- All services shall be performed in strict adherence to the professional code of ethics of the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Milano and the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile, Articles 2230–2233 regarding professional services).
- The Electrical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance (RC Professionale) with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the engagement in Milan, Italy.
- The client shall provide timely access to the project site in Milan, all existing as-built drawings, and any third-party reports required for the design process. Delays caused by the client shall not extend the Electrical Engineer's contractual obligations without a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Any variation in scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional fee, to be agreed upon before commencement of the additional work.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and technical reports produced by the Electrical Engineer shall remain with the engineer until full payment of the amounts due under this Quotation Estimate is received.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milan, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The Electrical Engineer shall issue a formal professional services contract (Contratto di Appalto di Servizi) upon acceptance.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, fees, and terms set forth herein for the engagement of the Electrical Engineer for the project located in Milan, Italy.
