- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Electrical Engineer services may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Japan Osaka.
- Payment shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% due within 14 days of project completion and final sign-off by the client's designated representative in Japan Osaka.
- All Electrical Engineer deliverables, including reports, drawings, and compliance certificates, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Osaka Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project holds a valid First-Class Electrical Work Engineer (Denki Senyō Gijutsu-sha, Ikkyū) license issued by the Japan Electrical Work Association and carries professional indemnity insurance of no less than ¥100,000,000.
- Any changes to the scope of work in Japan Osaka beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall require a written change order signed by both parties. A revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for any additional services.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.
- The Electrical Engineer shall comply with all occupational safety regulations under the Japan Labour Safety and Health Act, and the client is responsible for providing appropriate site access, personal protective equipment, and hazard communication materials at the Japan Osaka work location.
