- All Electrical Engineer services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Japanese Electrical Work Act, the Building Standards Act, and applicable Tokyo Metropolitan government ordinances.
- The project timeline assumes standard working conditions in Japan Tokyo. Delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters (including typhoons common to the Tokyo region), or client-directed changes shall be addressed via a formal change order.
