- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the Kenya Nairobi construction and engineering sector.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of design and drawing submission, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of the project.
- All invoices shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as stipulated under the Kenyan Interest Act.
- The Electrical Engineer assigned to this project shall be available on-site during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00) and shall provide a minimum of two (2) hours of after-hours support per week for urgent site queries.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences. Revised costs will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- The client shall provide safe access to the project site in Kenya Nairobi, including necessary permits, scaffolding, and temporary power supply for the duration of the works.
- All designs and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Electrical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
- This quotation does not include the cost of electrical materials, equipment, or third-party testing by EPRA-licensed laboratories. These shall be procured separately by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
